Videoconferencing equipment for schools
The assignment:
We were approached by an IT company with a request for a solution for educational video conferencing in schools.
The main task was to select equipment for the customer's small budget, which can be used in school classrooms and would work on all video conferencing platforms.
The solution:
- We presented solution proposals for educational programmes to be held in the customer's country.
- Demonstration equipment was provided for end-user testing.
- The Asbis team negotiated with Logitech and the customer to achieve the best delivery terms and price offer.
- 547 all-in-one sets of videoconferencing equipment were provided.

- In a meeting with the client, we proposed a VCС solution for education based on the specifics of the local market.
- Demonstration equipment was provided for end-user testing.
- Through negotiations with Logitech, we were able to meet the end customer's price and delivery time requirements.
- 988 sets of equipment were sold to schools in the region.

- Identified and provided the required event solutions and budget for the client.
- After the event, we received a request from the city hall for a VCС solution for educational institutions.
- The Asbis team negotiated with Logitech and the customer company to achieve the best delivery and cost terms for the end client.
- 200 all-in-one sets of equipment were implemented.
